Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

Once the brief has been received we will discuss the estimated timeline which works for both of us. Once you’ve agree to the estimate and paid the deposit we will commence working on your project right away. For a rough guideline we like to allow 2-3 weeks for a logo design and 4-6 weeks for a website.

How will the files be provided?

When your project is complete we will provide you with both files for print and web. We will also supply a basic Style Guide outlining how to use your branding elements correctly. The print-ready files will be provided as PDF’s including bleed, ready to be used with any commercial print company. At Graphic Design Noosa we provide a printing service and can deliver Australia wide without an additional cost.

How do I know you will create something I Love?

Gavin has been working with local businesses in Noosa for over 10 years. He has developed a system to make sure your brand is created better than you could ever imagine.

Are there any ongoing website fees ?

There are no ongoing fees other than the website hosting cost if you choose to use our service. We charge $360 inc GST / year and it is premium service only offered to customers who have had their website built by us. The hosting service offered includes:

 

  • 5GB High-Speed SSD Storage
  • Unlimited Premium Bandwidth
  • Unlimited Email Accounts
  • Unlimited Addon & Parked Domains
  • 2GB Memory Allowance
  • Hourly website Backups
  • SSL Certificate

 

If you do not wish to use our hosting service that’s fine, you are welcome to use another hosting provider. Please note however that the hosting environment chosen will need to be structured as a Cpanel with fast server speed and SSD storage.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

Graphic Design Noosa offers estimates ONLY. Billing will reflect the actual costs incurred. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Any desired changes expressed by the client to be made following the start of the project will be billed @ $80 an hour in addition to the estimated price. A written notice of extra charges will be given to the client before the changes are applied. Client is responsible for ALL PROOFING.
